How does Apartment Bank protect my personal information?	To protect your personal information from unauthorized access and use, we use security measures that comply with federal law. Nonaffiliates	Companies not related by common ownership or control. They can be financial or nonfinancial companies. Apartment Bank does not share with nonaffiliates so they can market to you
Joint marketing	A formal agreement between nonaffiliated financial companies that together market financial products or services to you. Apartment Bank doesn’t jointly market

Other important information

Apartment Bank does not knowingly collect, use or disclose personal information from children under age 13 without obtaining verifiable parental consent. Our website is directed to a general audience, and may be accessed by the public. Should a child whom we know to be under 13 send personal information to us, we will only use that information to respond to a one-time request from the child, provide notice to the child’s parents, or ensure the safety of the child.
