Keith Nisenson offers a 25 year successful track record in banking that includes commercial real estate lending along with bank and lending management. For the past 15 years Keith’s primary focus has been on small balance multifamily and commercial real estate lending. This effort has resulted in over $1.3 billion in closed loans.
This level of achievement is attributable to Keith’s dedication to serving his clients with prompt, professional and honest service that has resulted in long lasting relationships. Prior to joining the Apartment Bank team, Keith had successfully penetrated markets and built commercial real estate relationships throughout the country for LaSalle Bank, Impac Commercial Capital and Indymac Bank. His hard work and diligence allowed him to become well versed in most major metropolitan areas throughout the county. Keith offers a unique balance of sales and origination skills with underwriting know-how that makes this all happen.
Keith was born and raised in Los Angeles and earned a BS in Business from the University of Southern California. Pursuing a career growth opportunity, Keith relocated to Chicago in 2000.
