John Drennan

John Drennan joined Apartment Bank in 2009 as a Commercial Loan Officer overseeing the Eastern US Market from Red Bank, NJ.

John Drennan has over 15 years of Real Estate Finance Experience and has structured financing arrangements on all commercial property types. Prior to joining Apartment Bank, John was a Senior Loan Officer at Imperial Capital Bank. While at Imperial Capital Bank, John assisted the Bank expand into the New York/New Jersey Market and remained a top originating loan officer.

John Drennan graduated from Boston University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a Concentration in Finance. John is actively involved in several industry associations including the Mortgage Bankers Association.
