Fred Ornelas has been a multi-family loan officer for more than 22 years. 18 of those years were spent with World Savings Project Loans, and subsequently due to merger, with Wachovia Multi-family Lending. The majority of his career has been spent in the Southern California market where he originated high quality apartment loans. However, early in Fred’s career with World Savings, he was hand selected by the President due to his demonstrated performance to relocate several times to establish new lending territories in Arizona, Virginia, Maryland, Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
During Fred’s career, he has consistently been a national top producer and has been honored with numerous awards for both production and trusted performance. He has originated more than 2,200 apartment loans and has assisted thousands of investors in achieving their financial goals.
Fred is a Licensed California Real Estate Salesperson and Broker and earned his bachelor’s degree in business administration from California State University at Fullerton with a concentration in finance.
