Doug Little

Prior to joining Apartment Bank Doug Little was CEO of Community Trust Federal Credit Union. Previously he was a Senior Loan Officer at Washington Mutual Bank in Orlando, Florida. With over 20 years in small balance commercial lending Mr. Little has significant expertise in Fannie Mae DUS and small balance portfolio lending. This effort has led to closing over $500,000,000 in commercial loan transactions. Doug was also a principal in a private lending firm. He also was a member of the Chicago Board of Trade for 5 years.

A native of Chicago, Doug moved to Central Florida in 2006 where he lives with his wikfe, Jeanne
