David Boyles is a top producer with strong consulting, transactional and analytical skills. He came to Apartment Bank from a direct Fannie Mae DUS lender, where he was California’s top producer in 2009. He spent six plus years with Washington Mutual, where he was both an apartment loan consultant and in-house staff apartment appraiser. Prior to Washington Mutual, he was a Portfolio Manager for seven years for a high net worth individual with substantial real estate holdings consisting of multifamily, industrial, retail and office properties. In this capacity he managed all real estate functions including acquisitions/dispositions, tenant/landlord issues, entitlements and refinancing of the entire portfolio. He began his professional career with Arthur Andersen & Co, where he was Senior Tax Staff in the Valuation Practice.
David Boyles is a California licensed Real Estate Broker and a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser. He graduated from the University of Southern California, Marshall School of Business, with a degree in Business with an emphasis in Real Estate Finance. He also has an undergraduate degree in Architectural Design from College of Sequoias and worked with Covington Brothers Construction during college as an architectural draftsman drawing construction drawings for apartment communities.
