Dan Gaylord

Prior to joining Apartment Bank, Mr. Gaylord originated Fannie Mae transactions for Arbor Commercial Mortgage and Principal Financial Group. Mr. Gaylord previously served as Sales Manager at First California Bank and Imperial Capital Bank and originated commercial transactions at Southern Pacific Bank. With over 25 years of experience, Mr. Gaylord has produced over $1 billion dollars of commercial and multi-family transactions. Mr. Gaylord graduated from the California State University Fullerton in 1985 with a degree in Finance and minor studies in Management Information Systems.
